Rebate agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for various active ingredients and active ingredient combinations in an Open House procedure: Conclusion of or accession to non-exclusive rebate agreements for pharmaceutical companies or consortia under uniform conditions and access procedures. Accession is possible at any time under the same conditions; individual negotiations do not take place. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026, with a maximum term of 23 months until 30.09.2028 at the latest. The submission deadline for offers is always the 5th of the preceding month for a contract start at the beginning of the month. In the event of an exclusive award by AOK Nordost during the contract term, the contractual provisions concluded under this publication remain valid. This publication serves transparency for intended contract conclusions and does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of the Procurement Coordination Directive 2014/24/EU.
