Discount Agreements for Pharmaceutical Active Substances and Combinations via Open House Procedure

Notice title: Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach §130a Abs.8 SGB V zu verschiedenen Wirkstoff-/en/-kombinationen mit jederzeitiger Abschlussmöglichkeit im Rahmen des sog. Open House-Verfahrens

Non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for various pharmaceutical active substances and combinations via an Open House procedure: uniform contract conditions and access procedures for all eligible pharmaceutical companies, continuous possibility to join, no individual contract negotiations. Earliest contract start is 01.10.2026, maximum contract duration 24 months, latest contract end on 30.09.2028. Submission deadline for offers is the 5th of the preceding month for a contract start on the first of the next month.
