Rebate Agreements for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients via Open-House Procedure

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for the specified active pharmaceutical ingredients, potentially limited to certain dosage forms. The open-house procedure allows all suitable pharmaceutical companies to join under uniform contract conditions. Contract conclusion is possible at any time, individual negotiations are not conducted. The agreements may be terminated if exclusive contracts are tendered at a later date.
