Framework Agreement for the Construction of Modular Accommodation

Construction of modular or container residential complexes as a complete service: Manufacturing, transport, assembly, and installation of the facility including site setup; all planning services (object planning, fire protection, statics, open space planning, possibly soil surveys), compliance with GEG; foundation with reinforced concrete foundations; development (sewer, water, electricity, telecommunications/WLAN, fire alarm system); obtaining official permits; maintenance of the constructed accommodations. An option for demolition and relocation of the accommodations after completion exists. The upper limit is 20 accommodations in total. Three construction projects are tendered as initial mini-competitions: Grünwald (container construction, 72 persons in 6-person residential units, calculation based on client's design only); Sauerlach (modular construction, 100 persons in 4- and 6-person residential units, 2 barrier-free units, including security, social counseling, and office unit, own design permitted); Haar (single-story container facility, separate residential and functional buildings, civil engineering works provided by the client, own design permitted).
