Framework Agreement for the Supply of Passenger Cars

Supply of passenger cars: The vehicles must have a peak power of min. 110 kW to 160 kW, a permissible total mass of max. 2,200 kg, and a payload of min. 450 kg. Vehicle length is min. 4,000 mm to max. 4,200 mm, vehicle width (measured with exterior mirrors) min. 1,900 mm to max. 2,100 mm. Trunk volume with the rear seatback not folded down is min. 400 l. The vehicles are equipped with automatic transmission, a battery capacity of min. 40 kWh, and a maximum combined range according to WLTP of min. 450 km. A connection cable for public AC charging stations (Type 2 charging connection) is required, with an AC charging power of min. 11 kW and DC of min. 100 kW. Further features include independent suspension on axle 1, winter tires (Alpine symbol, min. grade "C" in the EU tire label), vehicle paint in basic grey, 4-door cabin plus tailgate, 12V socket, 2 USB-C interfaces at the front and min. 1 USB-C charging socket at the rear, central locking, preparation for later navigation activation, digital radio system with phone mirroring, interior climate control (min. manual air conditioning), seat heating for driver and front passenger seats, min. 4 dark vehicle seats, seat protectors for front seats, height-adjustable steering wheel with infotainment controls, foldable rear seat bench, min. 2 front airbags and 2 side airbags. Exterior mirrors are electrically heated, adjustable, and foldable; electric power windows left and right. Heat-insulating windshield, heat-protective glazing on sides and rear, tailgate with window heating and wiper, non-slip, washable floor mats. Disc brake on axle 1, ABS, ESP, ASR, LED headlights and taillights, high beam assist, cornering brake function, lane keeping assist, automatic distance control, front and rear parking assist, rearview camera. A customer service workshop or a support point with mobile service is required, ensuring repair commencement within 24h. Additional warranty periods for the vehicle and the drive battery beyond the statutory warranty period are desired and must be specified.
