Framework agreement for electrician services and electrical materials for Vennesla municipality: Renewal of an existing contract to cover the need for ongoing assignments, acute events, stand-by, and specialized work in municipal buildings and technical installations. Services include service work, troubleshooting, repairs, minor and major assignments, as well as assistance with acute and operationally critical events. Qualified professional personnel with competence in both heavy current and low current installations are required, also for technical installations such as water and sewage installations, pumping stations, and critical infrastructure. The delivery of electrical material is intended for completed assignments and for separate procurements. The scope of services includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of electrical systems, components, boards, cables, lighting, control systems, and associated equipment, including consultancy, control, testing, documentation, and commissioning. A parallel framework agreement will be concluded with three tenderers. Service assignments up to NOK 300,000 (excl. VAT) will be awarded according to ranking; over NOK 300,000 (excl. VAT) through mini-competitions. Individual assignments are regulated by NS 8406. Material procurements are always based on ranking. Material pricing is based on a fixed mark-up factor on the net purchase price; service pricing on hourly rates covering all costs, including travel time within Vennesla municipality, both exclusive of VAT.
