Framework Agreement for Plumbing Services and Materials: Covering Vennesla municipality's need for service, repairs, maintenance, and management of acute events in municipal buildings and technical installations. Plumbing work and material delivery for sanitary installations, pipe networks, fittings, pipe parts, and replacement of equipment and components. Parallel framework agreement; assignments up to NOK 300,000 excluding VAT awarded by ranking, over NOK 300,000 excluding VAT via mini-competitions. Individual assignments regulated by NS 8406. Use for separate material procurements by ranking possible. Maximum value of the framework agreement: NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. Bidders must state a fixed mark-up factor on the net purchase price for materials and hourly rates for services, including all costs. A 24-hour security and turn-out scheme for acute events must be offered.
