Framework Agreement for IT Operations Support: IT Infrastructure and Network Security Services
Framework agreement for technology-specific IT operations support: The procedure is divided into four service areas and a total of 12 lots. Service Area 1 covers IT Infrastructure Services (Lots 1-4), Service Area 2 IT Infrastructure Security and Network Security Services (Lots 5-7), Service Area 3 Integration and Middleware Services (Lots 8-9), and Service Area 4 Application Operations Support (Lots 10-12). Each lot is tendered in a separate procurement procedure. Bidders may bid on all lots, but can receive a maximum of one award per service area (Service Area 3) or two awards (Service Areas 1, 2, and 4).
