Framework Agreement for Flushing Services for Arendal Municipality
Flushing services: Framework agreement for planned and acute assignments within the municipality's areas of activity, with an emphasis on water and sewage, as well as for the port and properties. Services include flushing, suction, dry suction, emptying, and other closely connected services for operation, maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting, and rapid event handling. The estimated contract value is NOK 10 million excluding VAT, based on experience from the last four years and subject to uncertainty; this scope is not binding for the contracting authority. A new competition may be held if the value exceeds NOK 25 million excluding VAT before the contract period expires. Alternative tenders are not permitted.
