Road Maintenance Framework Agreement for Győr

Road maintenance, repair, renovation, and reconstruction: Continuous maintenance, repair, renovation, and reconstruction of all municipal-owned/managed public roads, bicycle paths, sidewalks, and associated stormwater drainage facilities and structures (culverts, bridges, underpasses) and their structural accessories (stairs, ramps, railings) within the administrative area of Győr. Services typically include public roads, sidewalks, various utilities, drainage systems, various substructure works (pavement structure, electrical and telecommunications), building connection solutions, road signaling and traffic control systems, and street furniture. Annually, an estimated 700 individual orders are placed at 650 different locations, comprising: 200,000 m² road surface (earth roads, gravel roads, surface-treated roads, solid-surface roads: concrete and asphalt roads), 3,500 m² bicycle paths, 30,000 m² sidewalks, 25 structures, 5,000 linear meters of stormwater drainage channels (drainage systems such as earth-bedded infiltration ditches, infiltration fields, infiltration blocks, sumps, paved open ditches, drainpipe drainage, closed systems), 15 bus bays, and 60,000 m² pothole repairs. The use of Serpentine crushed stone is prohibited. The estimated framework value is net 2 billion HUF per year. Required certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 14001:2004 + Cor 1: 2009, ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management system), and ISO 50001:2011 (energy management system). The successful bidder must have a site for temporary storage of equipment, materials, and machinery within the administrative area of Győr by the time of signing the framework agreement.
