Road Maintenance for Győr

Road maintenance, repair, and renovation for the city of Győr: Continuous maintenance, repair, renovation, and reconstruction of all municipal-owned/managed public roads, bicycle paths, sidewalks, and associated stormwater drainage facilities and structures (culverts, bridges, underpasses) including their accessories (stairs, ramps, railings) within the inner and outer areas. Works are carried out under a framework agreement via individual orders. The estimated annual volume comprises approx. 700 orders at 650 different locations. This includes: road surface 2,000,000 m² (earth roads, gravel roads, surface-treated roads, paved roads such as concrete and asphalt roads), bicycle paths 3,500 m², sidewalks 30,000 m², structures 25 pcs, stormwater channels 5,000 linear meters (drainage systems: earth-bedded infiltration ditches, infiltration fields, infiltration blocks, sumps, paved open ditches, drain pipe drainage, closed systems), bus bays 15 pcs, pothole repairs 60,000 m². The use of Serpentine crushed stone is prohibited. Framework value: net 2,000,000,000 HUF per year. Required certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001:2004 + Cor 1: 2009, ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), ISO 50001:2011 (Energy Management System). Equivalent certificates from other EU member states are accepted. A temporary storage facility for tools, materials, and machines within the administrative area of Győr must be available at the time of contract signing or its establishment must be guaranteed; further items as per the tender documents.
