Framework agreement for technology-specific IT operations support: The estimated quantity for Lot 4 is 23,725 person-days as the maximum quantity. The procedure comprises four service areas with a total of 12 lots. Service Area 1 (IT Infrastructure Services) includes Lots 1-4 for ITZBund, departments BMV and AA, department BMI, and the remaining federal administration. Service Area 2 (IT Infrastructure Security and Network Security Services) covers Lots 5-7 for departments BMF and BMV, department BMI, and the remaining federal administration. Service Area 3 (Integration and Middleware Services) includes Lots 8-9 for department BMF and the remaining federal administration. Service Area 4 (Application Operations Support) covers Lots 10-12 for ITZBund, departments BMI, BMZ and AA, and the remaining federal administration. Bidders can be awarded a maximum of one lot per service area (Service Area 3) or two lots (Service Areas 1, 2, and 4).
