Framework Agreement for VOIS Specialized Applications
Framework agreement for the delivery, implementation, integration, and maintenance of VOIS platform specialized applications: includes usage rights, operational, support, and consulting services, the permanent provision of standard software, implementation, project management, consulting, and introduction services, migration of existing data, training, the provision and operation of online and self-service components (cloud services), as well as software maintenance (bug fixing, updates, upgrades, release changes, legally or professionally required adaptations) and support, hotline, and ticketing services. These services aim to provide a uniform, integrated, and future-proof specialized application landscape for municipalities and municipal institutions supported by Südwestfalen-IT. The specialized applications must cover the functional requirements of municipal administrative processes, integrate into the existing VOIS system landscape, and meet relevant legal, professional, and technical requirements of the public sector, including standardized data exchange procedures, interoperability, data protection, information security, accessibility, and e-government. The procurement is divided into several lots.
