Framework Agreement for the Supply of Traffic Signs and Accessories

Framework agreement for the supply of traffic signs and accessories to the road maintenance depots in the district of Meißen: approx. 2,500 pcs. traffic signs, approx. 155 pcs. traffic facilities according to Annex 4 (§ 43 Section 3 StVO), approx. 175 pcs. supplementary signs according to § 39 Section 3 StVO, approx. 570 pcs. tubular posts. Delivery occurs in small partial quantities. Contract duration from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2029. Standard delivery within 10 working days after order/call-off, express delivery within 5 working days after order/call-off. Unit prices and contract conditions remain valid for quantity deviations up to 20% of the estimated quantity, further items as per the tender documents.

Clay construction with clay plaster and paintwork

New construction of the "Anne Frank" special school in Radebeul (timber-hybrid construction) for the earth building, earth plaster, and painting trade (Lot 24). The works include, among other things, approx. 310 m² of wall cladding with earth building boards (thickness 22 mm, single-layer) on various substrates (wood, reinforced concrete, plasterboard), approx. 310 m² of earth top coat plaster (thickness 4-5 mm with jute reinforcement mesh), and approx. 310 m² of thin-layer coating with fine earth plaster and subsequent initial silicate paint coatings. In addition, approx. 270 m of shadow gap connections with stainless steel edge profiles are to be produced.

Construction heating for new special needs school Radebeul

Provision and operation of a mobile construction heating system for the new building of the special needs school Radebeul. The measure includes heat supply and heat distribution on a rental basis for heating an area of approx. 4,500 m². A mobile heat generation system with a capacity of 90-150 kW based on heating oil, a mobile tank system with 3,000 litres capacity, and 10 mobile air heaters up to 20 kW will be used. The construction heating trade dominates this tender.
