Framework Agreement for the Management of the Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer Waste Disposal Site
Management of the Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer waste disposal site: includes waste disposal site management (platform operation, provision of containers, waste compacting), transport of containers from the waste disposal site to valorization outlets, maintenance and upkeep of the waste disposal site, and keeping the site surroundings clean, even in cases of illegal dumping. The contract duration is 24 months starting from 01/12/2026, with two tacit renewal options of 12 months each. The maximum contract value for the initial period (2 years) is 800,000 EUR net (844,000 EUR gross), and for each renewal period (1 year) 400,000 EUR net (422,000 EUR gross). The maximum total value with full renewals is 1,600,000 EUR net (1,688,000 EUR gross).
