Framework agreement for collection and transport of household and similar waste in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer

Collection and transport of household and similar waste: includes collection of household waste (OMR), washing of household waste bins, collection of cartons and their emptying at the SMM waste disposal center, management, maintenance, and upkeep of the transfer quay, management of the weighbridge, transport of household waste from the transfer quay, transport of household waste collected in SMM without transshipment, and management, maintenance, and upkeep of the site excluding the transfer quay. The framework agreement is composite: a fixed-price part for regular household waste collection, regular household waste bin washing, and site management excluding the transfer quay; an order-based part for additional household waste collection (events), occasional household waste bin washing, carton collection, management and maintenance of the transfer quay, and household waste transport. The maximum value for the order-based part is 2,000,000 EUR net over the total 4-year duration. Contract duration from 01/12/26 (or later notification) for 4 years.
