Framework Agreement for Engineering Services for Repair and Maintenance of Structures in the ESCOTA Network

Engineering services for studies and works related to the repair and maintenance of structures (engineering structures, walls, and tunnels) across the entire ESCOTA network: This includes preliminary design studies (AVP), project studies (PRO), preparation of tender documents for works (DCE), assistance with the award of works contracts (ACT), review of execution documents and creation of synthesis documents for specific technical structures (VISA), direction of works contract execution (DET), scheduling, steering, and coordination during the design and execution phases (OPC), assistance with pre-acceptance operations (AOR), and assistance with monitoring the perfect completion guarantee (GPA). Complementary services include geotechnical engineering studies for design and/or execution (GEO), complementary investigation studies (ECI), interface management with external projects (IPE), coordination of specific project management (CMP), production of regulatory documents (EPE), and assistance with the designation, monitoring, and steering of external controls (CEXT).
