Supply, integration, parametrization, commissioning, and maintenance of a software solution for Automatic Incident Detection (AID) for motorway tunnels: includes software, associated IT infrastructure, and support services. The supply comprises the software and the servers necessary for its operation. Integration involves installing the solution within the client's information systems according to security requirements. Parametrization includes adapting the software to the technical characteristics of each tunnel to achieve required performance, as well as conducting tests, potentially at night. Commissioning involves putting the solution into production and transferring AID operation to the client's teams. Maintenance includes software maintenance during the framework agreement's duration and support services. The supply of cameras is not included. The average need is estimated at 15 tunnels representing 300 cameras to be connected.
