Framework Agreement for Integrated Human Resources Management Software

Supply, implementation, maintenance, support, and evolution of an integrated human resources management system: includes complete payroll management for contractual, statutory, mandated, volunteer, and pensioner agents (including bonuses, absences, career breaks, attendance fees, tax and social declarations) and time and attendance management (including badging, leave validation, telework entry and validation, mission management, planning, and employee access via web portal and mobile application). The solution must be compatible with existing time clock terminals; physical badging terminals are not part of the supply. Maximum contract duration 10 years.
