Framework Agreement for New Construction of Residential Buildings in Timber or Timber-Hybrid Construction

Framework agreement for general contractor services: Planning and turnkey construction of rental residential buildings in timber or timber-hybrid construction, including paths and open spaces, within the degewo property portfolio. The contract duration is 4 years, with the selection of 3-4 framework partners for the construction of up to 300 apartments per year. The buildings are expected to be largely planned to KfW40 standard and eligible for subsidies. Planning services include service phases 1-8 according to HOAI §§ 34, 39, 51, 55, from the creation of approval-ready building concepts through draft, approval, and execution planning, to construction supervision, documentation, and final building inspection acceptance. Construction is turnkey and ready for operation, including all building services, interior finishing, and outdoor facilities. The two-stage procurement process selects a maximum of 6 applicants for the offer phase, from which 3-4 framework partners will be commissioned for future projects via mini-competition.
