Framework Agreement for Vmware or Equivalent Software for Courts

Framework agreement for the selection of intermediaries for the procurement and delivery of all license types, including subscriptions, for Vmware or equivalent software for courts. The software is specified in the Producer's Price List and within product categories according to Annex 1A of the SWZ. Included are technical support, expert support services from the Producer, and consulting support services from the Contractor for the delivered software. The framework agreement establishes the conditions for orders that may be placed during its validity period as specified in Chapter IV of the SWZ, as well as the conditions for selecting contractors.
