Maintenance and Servicing of Fire Alarm Systems: Framework agreement for over 50 buildings of Universitätsmedizin Essen. The service involves 40 fire alarm control panels, 40 of which are directly connected to the Essen fire department via Bosch main detectors, and one system in building 44 OZII for smoke extraction control. Two fire alarm systems control extinguishing systems (Kidde in building 33, Wagner in building 24). Maintenance and inspections must be carried out by two technicians, one acting as a fire watch. Additionally, the replacement of fire detectors older than 8 years is required during the contract term, including installation and programming time.
