Heat supply systems for conversion of KSP House 27 old CSSD

Renewal of the house connection station (HAST) of building 27 in the Vivantes Klinikum Spandau in Berlin. The measure includes the dismantling of the old system (including steam generator, hot water preparation and HAST) and the new installation of a compact station for heat transfer (820 kW), a domestic hot water system (300 kW) and a 2000-l buffer tank. In addition, extensive stainless steel (1.4520) piping work with corresponding insulation and sheet metal cladding will be carried out. The building and plant automation will be extended based on the existing DDC4000 system. The dominant trade is heating and plumbing (HLS).
