Framework agreement for building automation works: This includes contracting, maintenance, and upkeep for approximately 130 buildings with offices, workspaces, and about 350 apartments in Suomenlinna. Contractor selection occurs either by ranking or through mini-competitions. The contract has a duration of four (4) years, with an estimated start date of 1.11.2026. A maximum of four (4) service providers will be selected based on the lowest price, with no minimum purchase quantities guaranteed. Further items as per the tender documents.
