Construction works for the maintenance and investments of properties owned by the municipality of Mäntsälä: The framework agreement has a duration of 2 years from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, with two 1-year extension options for the periods 01.01.2029-31.12.2029 and 01.01.2030-31.12.2030. The procurement is divided into 8 lots, with works commissioned on an hourly basis or at a separately tendered fixed price. The duration of individual assignments varies from approximately 1 hour to several months. For Lots 1, 2, and 3, 6 suppliers will be selected for each, and for Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, 4 suppliers will be selected for each.
