Services for international support and action implementation: Support for the regional internationalization strategy, economic attractiveness, and development of excellence sectors for the Région des Pays de la Loire. This includes market studies, sector analyses, and strategic framing work for targeted geographical areas or business sectors; preparation, organization, and implementation of international, individual or collective actions (missions, appointment programs, professional visits, business meetings); organization or support for participation in trade fairs, professional events, and promotional operations internationally or within the regional territory; as well as economic networking, prospecting, and partnership development, including with institutional or financial actors. Services are provided by economic operators responsible for design, preparation, coordination, and execution. Actions can be deployed in France and internationally. The framework agreement has a duration of 12 months, renewable three times by tacit renewal for 12-month periods, with a maximum total duration of 48 months. Execution is via purchase orders based on unit prices or via subsequent contracts (global fixed price, unit prices, or mixed prices). The framework agreement is single-award. Cumulative minimum order value: 50,000 € HTVA for 12 months; cumulative maximum order value: 500,000 € HTVA for 12 months.
