Lawn care and winter maintenance services: Execution of lawn care with large and small machinery on properties, park areas, and individual sites, as well as winter maintenance to the defined extent for each site, from 01.12.2026 to 31.10.2028. The services include lawn care and winter maintenance tasks at the locations, along with occasional additional tasks at some sites, as per the tender documents. For certain areas, meadow management (mowing 1-2 times per year) or additional tasks are specified, deviating from standard lawn care. Unit prices for potential additional work are requested, but these unit prices are not weighted in the tender evaluation. The services are divided into eight lots.
