HVAC systems for the new construction of a zoo restaurant with basement, ground floor, and first floor: 1 combined supply/exhaust unit for the dining area (air volume 3,800 m³/h), 1 supply/exhaust unit for the kitchen according to VDI (air volume 6,600 m³/h), 1 HVAC unit (flat box) for supply/exhaust in ancillary rooms (air volume 1,200 m³/h), 1 HVAC unit for kitchen supply air (air volume 2,500 m³/h), 1 duct fan for emergency kitchen cooling, rectangular galvanized sheet steel air ducts L 500-2000 mm (approx. 160 m²), galvanized sheet steel air duct fittings L 500-2000 mm (approx. 425 m²), rectangular kitchen exhaust air ducts, grease-tight L 500-1500 (approx. 50 m²), kitchen exhaust air duct fittings, grease-tight L 500-1500 (approx. 145 m²), 13 sound attenuators made of galvanized sheet steel, 10 fire dampers with actuator, 1 fire damper with actuator for kitchen exhaust air, 31 volume flow controllers DN100-DN 160, round galvanized air ducts DN 100-DN 280 (approx. 90 m), 14 swirl diffusers NW 500, active kitchen ventilation ceiling (approx. 14 m²), passive kitchen ventilation ceiling (approx. 13 m²), and 3 kitchen ventilation hoods.
