Regular maintenance of roadside greenery for part 12

Regular maintenance of roadside greenery: Execution of maintenance work in a defined area of the capital city Prague, primarily along roads under the contracting authority's management. The scope of services is defined in a list of required works and services, with detailed specifications and estimated frequencies/quantities for one calendar year in the price model (Appendix No. 12). Works are performed according to general DIR approval; traffic signage costs are included in unit prices. For specific works like tree felling, traffic signage may be ordered and paid for separately. Emergency work is included, particularly the removal of trees from roads after natural disasters or unforeseen calamitous situations, for which a 24/7 hotline must be provided. Order processing is done via the CDSw-zeleň application, through which the contracting authority sets the annual maintenance plan and requests further activities. The contractor must purchase a license for this application, with costs not exceeding 20,000 CZK for the entire contract duration, and will receive training. License purchase is a condition for contract conclusion.
