Cleaning of 110 kV Overhead Line Nastan Easement

Cleaning of the easement zone for the 110 kV overhead line Nastan: concerns land plots in forest and non-forest areas (urbanized, agricultural, protected, disturbed for restoration). The line, commissioned in 2012, connects HPP Devin and HPP Tsankov Kamak, is serviced by Management MER Plovdiv, Smolyan department, and has a nominal voltage of 110 kV with a single triple pole line and triangular arrangement of phase conductors. The route passes through mountainous or rugged terrain, with some areas lacking roads and difficult access for machinery. The cleaning includes: removal of trees, bushes, and branches within the easement on forest land (clearing); removal and pruning of individual trees, bushes, and branches within the easement on non-forest land; removal of cut wood mass to the left and/or right boundary of the easement to clear the strip between the outer conductors; felling and transport of wood to a temporary storage (logging). The cleaning is performed in accordance with Art. 765 NTEECM and Ordinance No. 16 of 2004 on easements of energy objects, the Forestry Law, and other sub-statutory normative documents.
