Cleaning of 110 kV Overhead Line Chernitchevo Easement

Cleaning of the easement zone for the 110 kV overhead line Chernitchevo: concerns land properties in forest and non-forest areas (urbanized, agricultural, protected, disturbed areas for restoration). The line, commissioned in 2012, connects the Chernozem and Hisar substations, has a nominal voltage of 110 kV, a single triple pole line, and a triangular arrangement of phase conductors. The section of the 110 kV Chernitchevo overhead line designated for cleaning passes through mountainous or rugged terrain, with some parts lacking roads and difficult access for machinery. The cleaning activities include: removal of trees, bushes, and branches within the easement on forest land properties (clearing); removal and pruning of individual trees, bushes, and branches within the easement on non-forest land properties; transport of the cut wood mass to the left and/or right boundary of the easement to clear the strip between the outer conductors; felling and transport of wood to a temporary storage (wood harvesting). The easement cleaning (clearing) is required in accordance with Art. 765 of NTEEZM and Ordinance No. 16 of 2004 on easements of energy objects, by removing trees, bushes, and shoots and transporting cut wood, branches, bushes, shoots, tops, waste, dry wood mass, and unusable wood outside the clearing, in accordance with the requirements of the Forest Law and other sub-legislative normative documents.
