Cleaning Services for ARiMR Headquarters, 2027-2029

Cleaning services for the ARiMR Headquarters in Warsaw (ul. Poleczki 33 and ul. Poleczki 35) for the years 2027-2029: cleaning of office and other premises (communication routes, entrances, sanitary facilities, kitchens, archives, warehouses, technical rooms) with a total area of not more than 18,112.8 m². This includes a maximum of 14,327.39 m² of office space in the building at ul. Poleczki 33 (Vienna Office) and a maximum of 1,913.30 m² of office space in the building at ul. Poleczki 35 (Amsterdam Office), as well as a maximum of 1,872.11 m² of other premises. The contract also includes the servicing of not more than 20 conference rooms at the same locations. A minimum of 18 full-time employees for day service, a minimum of 7 full-time employees for afternoon service, and a minimum of 2 full-time employees for conference room servicing, all under employment contracts, are required. Subcontracting for personnel provision is permitted.
