Cleaning Services for ARiMR Headquarters, 2027-2029

Cleaning services for offices and other premises at the ARiMR Headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Poleczki 33 (Vienna Office building) and ul. Poleczki 35 (Amsterdam Office building), for the years 2027-2029: total area not exceeding 18,112.8 m², comprising not more than 14,327.39 m² of office space in the Poleczki 33 building, not more than 1,913.30 m² of office space in the Poleczki 35 building, and not more than 1,872.11 m² of other premises (archives, warehouses, technical rooms); additionally, servicing not more than 20 conference rooms at both locations. A minimum of 18 full-time employees for day service, a minimum of 7 employees for afternoon service, and a minimum of 2 full-time employees for conference room service, all on employment contracts, are required. Subcontracting for personnel is permitted.
