Cleaning Services for ARiMR Headquarters

Cleaning services for offices and other premises of the ARiMR Headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Poleczki 33 (Vienna Office building) and ul. Poleczki 35 (Amsterdam Office building), for the years 2027-2029: Cleaning of a total area not exceeding 18,112.8 m², comprising not more than 14,327.39 m² of office space in the Vienna Office building, not more than 1,913.30 m² of office space in the Amsterdam Office building, and not more than 1,872.11 m² of other premises (archives, warehouses, technical rooms). The service also includes the operation of not more than 20 conference rooms. A minimum of 18 full-time employees for day service, a minimum of 7 employees for afternoon service, and a minimum of 2 full-time employees for conference room operation, all on employment contracts, are required. Subcontracting for personnel obligations is permitted.
