Cleaning services for residential and commercial premises and associated rooms owned by the Municipality of Wrocław: The contract includes a guaranteed first stage for an estimated 100 premises and an optional second stage, also for an estimated 100 premises. This involves emptying the premises, associated rooms (tenant storage units, basement rooms), and balconies of accumulated property, including wall-mounted items such as mirrors, paintings, shelves. Also included is the emptying of property in the immediate vicinity of the premises and associated rooms that clearly belongs to the emptied premises. Photographic documentation must be prepared for each premise before and after the work. Waste from the emptied premises must be removed and disposed of according to regulations. Accumulated property must be transported from the emptied premises and associated rooms to a landfill or a warehouse (location specified by the contracting authority). The emptied premises, associated rooms, and balconies must be cleaned (sweeping, cobweb removal, closing toilet lids, etc.). Effective disinfection and disinsection of the emptied premises and associated rooms must be carried out, and deodorization if necessary.
