Reconstruction of circuits OS85 and OS87, Levice

Reconstruction and optimization of primary distribution lines and secondary distribution networks for circuits OS85 and OS87: These are part of the central heat supply in Levice. The scope includes the replacement of hot water connections for OS85, OS86, and OS87, the replacement of secondary distribution lines for central heating, hot water, and hot water circulation from the central transfer stations OS85 and OS87 to the connections in individual buildings. Also included is the replacement of existing technology in the central transfer stations OS85 and OS87 with new block technology for minimal space requirements and increased efficiency. The goal is the modernization of the central heat supply system in Levice. Additionally, securing the decision on construction intent according to § 20-22 of Construction Act No. 20/2025 Z. z., providing complete realization and operational documentation, obtaining consent for tree felling, securing the permit for trial operation/temporary use of the building, and ensuring valid occupancy permits for the reconstruction of circuits OS85 and OS87 are required.
