Renovation of Csodapók Kindergarten and Napsugár Nursery

Expansion and modernization of the Kőbányai Egyesített Óvoda Csodapók Tagóvodája and Kőbányai Napsugár Bölcsőde at 1104 Budapest, Mádi utca 127-129, including the complete renovation of its courtyard and the installation of a mechanical lift. The existing freestanding building with ground floor and one upper floor, featuring a flat roof, which houses a nursery, a kindergarten, and a catering kitchen, will undergo comprehensive conversion and renovation, increasing the catering kitchen's capacity. Energy modernization includes full facade thermal insulation and complete replacement of the heating system. Accessibility to the upper floor will be ensured by installing a mechanical lift. The entire electrical network will be renewed, and the courtyard will be renovated with new green areas and play equipment.
