Renovation and reconstruction of a multi-family residential building at ul. Podwórcowa 11 in Wrocław: basement renovation, damp-proofing, ventilation renovation and modernization, roof renovation, replacement of window frames in residential units and the basement, reconstruction of residential unit structure for bathroom separation, insulation of basement, attic, and staircase ceilings, and attic walls, facade renovation, creation of a building plinth and sidewalk. Electrical works: replacement of the internal power supply line and administrative circuits with lighting fixture installation, installation of main, residential, and fire protection main distribution boards, installation of lightning protection system and equipotential bonding, installation of intercom system, RTV-SAT system, structured cabling, and electrical installations in units due to structural reconstruction. Sanitary works: installation of central heating, cold and hot utility water, sanitary sewage system due to bathroom separation in residential units, and dismantling of the internal gas installation. An information board for residents is to be manufactured, delivered, and installed within 7 days of site handover, according to contractor instructions.
