The scope includes necessary floor demolition, excavation, and sewer repair works in the shelter's entrance area, repair of the sewer sag in the cleaning center and related construction works, repair of the damaged sewer section in the accommodation wing, renewal of wastewater sewers in the repair areas from the demolished sections, and lining of incomplete sewer joints as well as glazed and rusted sewer pipes according to plans. The renewal of floor materials in the accommodation wing corridor, lounge, and one accommodation room is also part of the scope. Additionally, required demolition, protection, dust control, construction, HVAC, and finishing works, as well as the restoration of repaired structures and surfaces to the planned finished condition. Simultaneous repair works in the Villa located in the area and other repair and maintenance works commissioned by the client in the conference and course center may occur; the contractor must coordinate their work accordingly. Work areas inside the building must be clearly demarcated, unauthorized access to work areas and rooms with disconnected water/sewer must be prevented, and dust control must be ensured. For site traffic and transport planning, a weight-restricted bridge on the access road must be considered. The contract will be executed from January to April 2027, with all works to be completed and the site handed over by April 30, 2027, at the latest. The time required for re-casting and drying of floor structures must be specifically considered in work and schedule planning. The contract will be executed according to the tender documents, ARK, RAK, and HVAC plans. Repaired structures and surfaces must be restored to the planned finished condition, and the repaired wastewater sewers and related systems must be operational upon commissioning. Work areas must be handed over clean and tidy after completion. A site visit is recommended, further items as per the tender documents.
