Repair of the Kipparlahti pier in Herttoniemenranta, Helsinki (Amiraali Cronstedtin tori, 00810 Helsinki): The pier is a steel-reinforced concrete beam pier, consisting of eight parts. The service includes replacing bearings, repairing a cracked concrete beam, and replacing element joints. Site management duties and site services are also included. Completion by December 31, 2026. The contract is awarded as a total contract, with the contractor acting as the main contractor. The construction site must be operated as a low-emission site. Quantities presented in the plans are not binding. Subcontracting is permitted, but further chaining requires the client's written consent.
