Repair and maintenance works for streets, alleys, sidewalks, and parking lots in Otopeni: covers 146 streets, alleys, sidewalks, and parking lots to be periodically repaired under a 24-month framework agreement. Minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and subsequent contracts are specified in DALI. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 3,841,953.50 RON without VAT, and the smallest subsequent contract is 1,013,535.00 RON without VAT. Subsequent contracts will be awarded semi-annually based on the contracting authority's needs. Quantities in the specifications are indicative and not contractual obligations, estimated based on average consumption from previous years.
