Retooling of the 220/110/20 kV Mostiștea Station as a Digital and Environmentally Friendly Station
Retooling of the 220/110/20 kV Mostiștea Station: Conversion of the 220 kV station as an outdoor facility with air insulation and conventional equipment on the decommissioned area of the existing 220 kV station; conversion of the 110 kV station as an indoor facility with sealed cells, air/technical gas insulation, and three-phase construction; relocation of the 20 kV station to the existing medium voltage station building. Installation of two new, independent self-service units: a DC unit to supply DC consumers of the 220 kV, 110 kV, 20 kV stations, autotransformers AT1, AT2, and transformation units T1, T2 110/20 kV; an AC unit to supply AC consumers of the 220 kV, 110 kV, 20 kV stations. Implementation of a Condition Monitoring System (CMS) for asset management according to Smart Grid architecture. Provision of technical equipment (hardware and software) for data and/or voice transmission for EMS/SCADA traffic, remote control, monitoring and parameterization of protection systems, data-voice transmission for operation and maintenance, telecommunication facilities for station control, inter-zonal oscillation monitoring system (phasor measurement units), channels for transmitting metering, local counting, and electricity quality data, hardware redundancy for interfaces, and telecommunication facilities for voice and/or data traffic of a new integrated information system (including Asset Management System components such as AR, Digital Twin, PIA, BMS, and integrated physical security). Provision of technical equipment (hardware and software) for cybersecurity and for teleprotection transmission. Construction and installation works for a new control block building (ground floor + 1 floor) in nZEB concept as a smart building, including a Building Management System (BMS) for S Bucharest, integrating the local BMS of the Mostiștea station and future BMS of other stations. The BMS in Mostiștea integrates the control block, the 110 kV GIS building, the old medium voltage building, relay containers, photovoltaic installation container, and the station's perimeter lighting. Additional systems include Digital Twin and Augmented Reality (hardware and/or software, reconfigurations, services, tests/measurements, and works in the 220/110 kV Mostiștea Station, the Bucharest Branch, and the CNTEE Transelectrica SA Central Headquarters), integration/interfacing with telecommunication infrastructure and station systems (CMS, BMS), and integration into existing and new beneficiary installations. Implementation of robotized station inspection assistance (PIA) with physical robots (drones, hardware robots) and software robots to improve monitoring, maintenance, and intervention processes. Installation of an integrated electronic security (SES) and fire safety system (SSI). Construction of a ground-mounted photovoltaic system on the decommissioned 110 kV station area with photovoltaic panels on a metal structure and associated equipment in a dedicated metal container. Estimated execution duration: 40 months.
