Revitalization of the Koszalin Narrow-Gauge Railway: partially in a design-and-build formula, with an option right, according to the functional-utility program (PFU) and design documentation. This includes the development of complete design documentation, comprising the update and supplement of documentation from 2016 (construction, technical, and executive designs), obtaining necessary administrative decisions (new decisions or amendments to existing ones), technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), bills of quantities, exercising author's supervision, and the execution of construction works for the revitalization of the narrow-gauge railway based on the prepared design documentation.
