The DPS provides specialist expertise and support to organizations for the planning, governance, adoption, deployment, and operationalization of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It does not procure specific AI software products or platforms, but assists in identifying opportunities, developing organizational capability, implementing governance arrangements, evaluating AI applications, deploying AI solutions, and building long-term organizational readiness. Support may be delivered through consultancy assignments, facilitated workshops, assessments, mentoring, capability-building initiatives, implementation guidance, and peer-learning activities.
