Supply of original toners and image drums for printing devices

Supply of original toners and image drums for printing devices: Delivery is based on a framework agreement with one supplier, up to a financial limit of 6,400,000 CZK net. Orders are placed electronically, including via an e-shop. The delivery period is 24 hours from the order, or by 10:00 AM on the first following working day if the order falls on non-working days. Quantities are estimated, and the client reserves the right to order less or more. Unit prices are binding and guaranteed for the entire duration of the framework agreement. Price changes are possible from January 1, 2028, if the inflation rate announced by the Czech Statistical Office exceeds 3%, with the adjustment not exceeding the inflation rate above 3% and occurring once annually. Empty toner cartridges will be collected free of charge for ecological disposal.
