Construction works and superstructure for apartment building No. 621, Okružní Street, České Budějovice 4 – 1st Stage

Reconstruction and superstructure of an apartment building (No. 621, Okružní Street, České Budějovice 4), 1st stage: Conversion and superstructure of building parts B and C, which originally served as an administrative building and were converted into an apartment building approximately 21 years ago. The scope includes the complete redesign of parts of object B for offices, halls, ambulances, an asylum home, and an entrance hall, as well as parts of object C for a low-threshold day center and a night shelter. This involves thermal insulation of the external shell of parts B and C, complete internal reconstruction of parts B and C, construction of a superstructure on part B, creation of separate barrier-free accesses to all parts, insulation of object C, conversion of object C's roof into a green roof and a walkable terrace, and demolition of the entrance gate adjacent to object B. Technical building equipment (SO 03) and gate demolition (SO 04) are also part of the 1st stage. Object A (SO 02) will be handled in the 2nd stage. The scope of services is defined by the project documentation.
