Clearing works for cultural heritage sites managed by Metsähallitus Nature Services: The service includes all labor, machinery, equipment, and transport costs. The contract is divided into 7 lots: Raasepori Castle, Kuusisto Castle, Kappelinmäki Cemetery, Kärnäkoski Fortress and mountain fort, Latokartanonkoski mill ruin and hammer forge area, Hartikka church site, Liinmaa Castle. Bidders may offer for one or more lots. The contracting authority may implement only a portion of the lots at its discretion or due to budget reasons. The contract type is a fixed-price contract. Metsähallitus JYSE 2025 SERVICES contract terms apply. The contractor is responsible for complying with all site safety obligations. Tender submission deadline: 1.9.2026, 12:00. Works must be completed and ready for client acceptance by the end of the site-specific contract period, 12:00. The contractor may freely determine the start date of the works within the contract period of the awarded lot, but works must be carried out continuously once started. Site visits are recommended.
