Shell and Demolition Works for the OR Expansion of Diakonissen-Stiftungs-Krankenhaus Speyer

Shell and demolition works for the expansion of the OR department at Diakonissen-Stiftungs-Krankenhaus Speyer by two operating rooms, a larger recovery room, and the conversion and modernization of adjacent functional areas: supply and exhaust air unit with heat recovery, in hygienic design for OR areas (V= 9,795 m³/h), supply and exhaust air unit with heat recovery, in hygienic design for the annex of the service yard (V= 6,670 m³/h), air duct network made of galvanized sheet metal duct with a maximum edge length of 1,500 mm (approx. 1,410 m²), ventilation pipes DN 80 to DN 400 (approx. 490 m), 37 fire dampers, 18 volume flow controllers, 68 air outlets, 1 OR clean air system (TAV ceiling) with accessories, chiller with approx. 200 kW including recooler, 3 chilled water wall units for technical rooms, 4 recirculation cooling systems for AOZ, chilled water pipes made of seamless threaded pipe DN15 – DN80 (approx. 110 m).
