Shell Construction Works for the 2nd Construction Phase of Helene-Lange-Gymnasium

Shell construction works for the 2nd construction phase of Helene-Lange-Gymnasium: Earthworks: approx. 2,585 m³ residual excavation for foundation base and foundations, approx. 1,465 m³ backfilling for working space. Reinforced concrete works: approx. 270 m³ blinding layer, approx. 450 m³ lean concrete under and on floor slabs, approx. 8,200 m³ in-situ concrete for floor slabs, walls (basement as waterproof concrete, partly with fresh concrete foil), ceilings, exterior and interior columns (partly as composite steel-concrete ceilings and beams), girders, parapets. Precast elements: approx. 22 units precast stair flights. Steel beams: approx. 26 t composite steel-concrete beams in ceilings and walls. Masonry works: approx. 240 m² exterior masonry as calcium silicate masonry for infilling openings, approx. 185 m² interior masonry as calcium silicate masonry. Perimeter insulation for exterior walls: approx. 510 m² PS rigid foam.
