Extended shell construction works for the new fire station building in Sieverstedt: subgrade and blinding layer approx. 1,200 m², strip and individual foundations approx. 45 m³, base slab approx. 1,200 m² (of which approx. 320 m² with slope), reinforced concrete walls approx. 80 m², reinforced concrete upstands, plinth walls, beams and lintels approx. 240 m², reinforced concrete ceilings approx. 880 m² (of which approx. 130 m² finished smooth and treated), 1 precast concrete staircase, sand-lime brick masonry of various wall thicknesses approx. 1,100 m², facing masonry approx. 460 m² including core insulation and precast lintels, hybrid plastering works approx. 1,200 m², roughcast plastering works approx. 1,400 m².
